Ekay (Organisational Development & People Systems)

Ekay focuses on strengthening internal systems and processes. This project includes SOP development, KRAs and KPIs, role clarity, process design, and change management, with a strong emphasis on organisational development and HR-led interventions.

Samarth (Revenue Growth & Market Performance)

Samarth is centred on improving revenue outcomes. The project covers sales forecasting, sales planning, sales analytics, and marketing execution, including digital marketing and structured marketing plans to strengthen the sales and marketing engine.

Inspired by the ancient knowledge of the Vedas, where Anvikshiki has been defined as a combination of “vidhyas” which a king is supposed to learn to be a better ruler.
