Validation of the Business Requirements
In the first step of the engagement process we validate the business needs of the client. A discussion with the promoter of the business is conducted to get aware of the nature of business, the client requirement is understood and a certain solution oriented direction is given to the problem identified.Business Needs Analysis
Once a basic frame of the problem is clear, a detailed analysis is conducted by studying the existing processes, evaluating relevant past data, meeting with KOLs, accessing the floor activities if needed. The business is understood in a more detailed manner, key areas are identified and the nature of work is analyzed. The problem is broken down into specific areas to get a more holistic way on all the key areas of the business.Scope Preparation
Once the primary research is done, then we stretch the scope to secondary research and study about the relevant industry, established practices as well as recent trends. Competitive forces involved in the industry and how is their impact on the business problem in hand. Internal meeting with our talent pool and also with industry relevant subject matter experts. After all the learnings, a probable scope of work is prepared covering the relevant solution with an estimated timeline represented in a graphical manner for better understanding.Scope Presentation
The scope is delivered in our specialized classroom to all the sponsors involved as well as the Key Decision Makers. The session is packed with all the understanding that we have got of the business problem along with the way forward for the engagement. An interpretation is given to the entire team about the engagement process, deliverables and involvement needs from them. The remuneration will be partified into two segments: fix and variable. The variable part is kept based on the execution of the project and will keep us on our toes during the entirety of the projectScope Agreement
After all the discussion a formal agreement is done consisting of details of the scope, timeline, financial terms and an NDA between both the firms to ensure data protection and to implement intellectual property rights. The formality is done to protect interests of both the parties and to avoid any conflict of interest in the engagement priod.Kick-Start Meet
Following an agreement, a Kick-Start Meet is done to establish the point of contact for both the sides. An introduction to all the key stakeholders of the basics of the tasks, onboarding on our project management system. We make the team for the project, prepare them for the change management initiatives, showing them vivid vision that enable and intrinsically motivate them to be an active partner for the project success.Consultancy That Empowers You
