Intellectual Property
All frameworks, methodologies, tools, and templates developed by Anvikshiki Consulting remain our intellectual property. Deliverables prepared specifically for a client (e.g., reports, analysis, recommendations) become the client’s property once full payment has been made, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not copy, distribute, or resell our proprietary materials without prior consent.
Fees and Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and terms are specified in individual engagement agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due within the time specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of Services.
Limitation of Liability
Our Services are advisory in nature. Decisions and outcomes based on our recommendations remain the responsibility of the client. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvikshiki Consulting is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement.
